Dear Secretary- General Ban Ki - Moon et all,

RE: MR. HARJ GILL or MR. HARJIT SINGH GILL – FREEMAN

Please take this letter as my notice to you and your Fellow Man, and to your institutions that I am a Freeman. I was Free when I was born, although I was not known or recognized as a Freeman, so hence, I provide you notice today that I am a FREEMAN. Take notice that I respect the laws of the Freeman/Freewoman. You may write to me if you require a copy of the Laws of the Freeman/Freewoman.

In this respect please accept unconditionally my notice to you with respect to my freedom to travel unrestricted throughout the lands of our dear lord, our creator, our ONE:

Before I provide you notice, I refer to the Geneva Bible 1599, The Bible of the Pilgrims who founded the new America, and also the Bible of the reformation:

9 (11) And ye masters, do the same things unto them, putting away threatening, and know that even(♣) your master also is in heaven, neither is there (*) (f) (♠) respect of person with him.

This is translated as such:

(11) It is the duty of masters to use the authority that they have over their servants modestly, and holily, seeing that they in another respect have a common master, which is in heaven, who will judge both the bond and the free.

(♣) Or, hath yours and their masters.

(*) Deuteronomy 10:17; 2 Chronicles 19:7; Job 34:19; Acts 10:34; Romans 2:11; Galatians 2:6; Colossians 3:25; 1 Peter 1:17 .
(f) Either of freedom or bondage.

(♠) Whether he be servant or master.

As such dear Secretary - General Ban Ki - Moon et all; I ask that you excercise your authority modestly as you begin to recognize my right to exist as a Freeman as we both have a common master, which is our ONE, who will judge both the bond and the free.

I am providing notice to all men and women that I am free, -- FREE to travel in each and every city, province, state, region, and country in our world and to be unrestricted, not detained, not arrested or held without my verbal and written consent.

When crossing any national border I carry no weapon or item including fluids that I am aware that I would consider a deadly weapon; nor do I carry any weapon, leathal or deadly item including fluids to be given to any other party for that purpose, when I cross any national border. I have no intention to physically harm any other man, women or child.

As such I am providing notice that IF I am detained, imprisoned, or arrested for any cause without my verbal and written agreement then I have the right and I will excercise my rights as a Freeman to be compensated for the damages of being detained, imprisoned, or arrested without my verbal and written agreement.

If you have any cause to arrest or detain me, you are hereby advised to contact my attorney and me directly to explain and advise of the reason for the contemplated actions and to set a date for a trial. However, as a Freeman I am free to travel until found guilty in a court that recognizes and respects the Freedom of every man or woman and the laws of the Freeman and Freewoman.

If I am detained, imprisoned or arrested for any cause without my verbal and written agreement I hereby provide notice and demand immediate payment of the following compensation:

$23000 USD per each hour that I am detained.

$23,000 USD (times two) for each hour that I am arrested and detained further.

$23,000 USD (times three) for each hour that I am prisoned, arrested and detained further.

The amounts per hour double at MIDNIGHT on the day between the second and third day.

The amounts per hour increase to 23 million USD per hour begining on MIDNIGHT on the day ending the second week and begining the third week of the actions taken against me.

Any physical or mental injury caused to me during the detainment, imprisonment or arrest will result in additional charges to exceed 23 million USD per occurrence.

Any delay in making payments to me immediately will result in an interest to accrue at 123 percent (one hundred and twenty three) per year.

Please be informed that I have never been charged/convicted for any criminal ctivity of any kind in my life and I am demanding that my right to remain and exist as a Freeman be respected.

No further notice will be provided to your institutions. You may email me for information on how to contact my legal counsel or I will reply directly to any concerns or questions that you send to me at my contact addresses.
